In order to monitor use and access to this site a log will be maintained of all access to the site. This is to enable a full audit trail of all use of the site and changes to the data provided on the site to be available in order to safeguard the integrity and security of the site. IP addresses of visitors are logged for administration and trouble-shooting purposes. The IP address indicates the location of your computer on the Internet. IP addresses will be used to track sessions.

Data is only kept for the period specified in the relevant engagement letter.

Specific procedures have been adopted by BDO to ensure that only authorised personnel of the Client are able to approve data placed on this site and to access data provided to BDO through this site. Only authorised members of the Client’s staff may access the site. As a user of the portal or mobile phone app you will not permit any third party to have access without our prior written approval. BDO accepts no liability in respect of any breach in security or confidentiality or loss or other damage arising from your failure to implement appropriate safeguards over access to this site. 


The content of this site is intended to provide general assistance as part of the professional services provided to the Client by BDO pursuant to the relevant engagement letter. BDO accepts no liability for any loss arising as result of any action taken or refrained from as a result of data contained on this site except to the Client and then only the extent explicitly stated in the terms of the engagement letter with the Client. In particular, BDO accepts no liability to any third party for any loss arising as result of any action taken or refrained from as a result of data contained on this site.

Marketing

You are giving consent that we may use the personal data we hold about you to contact you from time to time by post, fax, e-mail or telephone to bring to your attention additional products or services (including those provided by associated BDO entities) which we consider may be of benefit to you.

If you wish to unsubscribe from communications sent by BDO, you may do so at any time by emailing enquires@bdoquicktrip.com with the subject ‘Marketing Opt Out’.

Access to your data and correction

You have the right to ask to review any personal data we hold about you and ask us to amend any inaccurate personal data about you. You can do this by contacting your relevant BDO contact.

We may charge an administration fee of £10 in relation to any requests for access to personal data.

Provision of data to third parties

Data will only be provided to third parties where it is required in connection with the provision of services to the Client, or as otherwise specified in the relevant engagement letter (for example where required by law or regulation). 


Data is not provided to third parties for their own marketing purposes and mailings are not undertaken by BDO for third parties.
